TMS sessions involve no needles and no sedation, and you can drive yourself home right after, while SPRAVATO® requires you to stay in our office for monitoring, since it can affect your alertness for a short while. TMS is typically given daily over several weeks, though accelerated options can shorten that timeline, while SPRAVATO® is usually given twice a week at first and tapered down as you respond.
